I. Trip Terminations / Illegal Actions / Billing Disputes

Lookout Limousine, LLC management reserves the right to immediately terminate any reservation or trip, without refund, if the actions of the client, their agents, guests, or any individuals onboard are deemed illegal, negligent, offensive, disruptive, unsafe, threatening, or if payment for the trip is found to be unpaid, fraudulent, or non-sufficient.

If termination occurs, the primary contact for the reservation will be notified, and the trip will end at a safe location, or at the original pickup location. In threat or illegal activity circumstances, law enforcement may be notified if appropriate.

II. Time Overage / Wait Time

Any time used beyond the scheduled reservation period, or any wait time exceeding 20 minutes, will be charged in full 30-minute increments at the standard hourly rate for the specific vehicle type.

Client agrees and authorizes Lookout Limousine, LLC to apply additional charges to the credit card on file and/or to invoice accordingly. Client further agrees to automatic system charges related to extended use or wait times, in addition to the original fare.

III. Payment Terms / Personal Data

A 25% non-refundable deposit, or payment in full, may be charged at the sole discretion of Lookout Limousine, LLC. Remaining balances and any additional charges (including wait time, cleaning fees, or damage fees) will be automatically billed to the credit card on file.

You hereby authorize Lookout Limousine, LLC and its agents to store and use your personal information—including name, address, email, phone number, and credit card data—for the purposes of making reservations, managing dispatch, and resolving any outstanding balance due. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of reserved trip(s).

Deposits are charged at the time of reservation. Remaining balances are charged 24 hours prior to trip time and/or upon completion of service. We accept cash, corporate checks, all major credit cards, and Venmo. Payment method must be prearranged.

The 25% initial deposit is non-refundable but may be applied toward a future trip within one year, subject to schedule availability, if the original trip is cancelled or postponed.

IV. Cancellation Terms and Fees

A. One-Way Transfers

(Airports, city transfers, etc.) may be cancelled with no charge if the driver has not yet been dispatched On the Way (“OTW”).

Once the driver is OTW, 100% of the fare will be charged.

B. Multi-Hour Charters (1–14 Passenger Vehicles)

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before trip time incur no penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may incur a 50% fee, at the sole discretion of Lookout Limousine, LLC management.

C. 20–60 Passenger Vehicles

These reservations have a 30-day cancellation window with no penalty. Any changes must also be made before the 30-day cutoff to avoid additional fees. Cancellations made less than (30) days prior to date of service will be charged in full.

Damage Responsibility

You are responsible for any and all damages you or your guests cause to Lookout Limousine, LLC vehicles during your rental period. This includes— but is not limited to—damage to internal or external vehicle components, electronics, seating surfaces, carpets, or any other part of the vehicle. You are also responsible for all damages resulting from spills, vomit, blood, food, or any other substances, at the sole discretion of Lookout Limousine, LLC.

Food & Beverage Policy

Most vehicles allow food, drinks, and alcohol. All beverages must be in containers with lids. Glass bottles are not permitted. Alcoholic beverages may only be consumed by passengers 21 years of age or older.

Lookout Limousine management reserves the right to restrict or prohibit food and/or drink in specific vehicles based on vehicle type or other operational considerations.

Cleaning Fee

A $350 Cleaning Fee may be charged, at the sole discretion of Lookout Limousine, LLC management, for any trip that results in excessive spills and trash beyond normal use. This includes, but is not limited to: large spills, vomit, excessive trash, food debris, liquids, or any condition requiring additional cleaning or sanitation.

Payment / Authorization

By affirming reservation our services you acknowledge, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions stated in this document. You further authorize Lookout Limousine, LLC to charge and retain your credit card information for deposits, final balances, cleaning fees, and/or damages incurred. Charges may be processed at any time before, during, or after the time of service as deemed appropriate.

I. Personal Property /Lost Items

Lookout Limousine, LLC is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles of any value. While we will do our best to search for items, we cannot be responsible for any items you bring on board. Please thoroughly inspect the vehicle prior to your final exit. Any lost and found items will be available (30 days) after your trip at our offices. Please contact us to have staff meet you to retrieve items from lost and found. 

*Any food/perishables/drink/alcohol/flowers, etc found after trips will be discarded to trash during vehicle clean out. 

I. Liability

We will always strive to be safe and conduct safe operations. However, Lookout Limousine, LLC cannot be liable for personal injuries or damages incurred in or around our vehicles.  Additionally we will not tolerate illegal, threatening, or violent behaviors. Lookout Limousine, LLC management reserves the right to terminate any trip at any time at their sole discretion.

Further we cannot be liable for trip related problems that may arise including but not limited to damaged or lost personal items, airline delays, vehicle breakdowns, weather conditions, traffic delays, or any other circumstance that may result in loss or inconvenience to the client. 

The full extent of Lookout Limousine, LLC’s liability shall be limited to, and shall not exceed, a refund of any monies paid for the specific trip in question.

By reserving our services, you agree to hold harmless, indemnify, and waive any tort, claim, or legal action against Lookout Limousine, LLC, including its agents, members, and employees regarding any/all incidents that may result in personal loss, damage, or injury.

You acknowledge and agree that Lookout Limousine, LLC may substitute any vehicle with another vehicle of appropriate capacity if necessary, without prior notice. Substitutions may include affiliate vehicles, leased vehicles, or other company-owned vehicles as necessary.. Reserved vehicle specific photos are examples of vehicle type only.

By reserving our services and/or electronically affirming these terms and conditions, you authorize Lookout Limousine, LLC to process automatic charges to your credit card, Venmo account, bank account, or other payment method provided. You further acknowledge that this affirmation constitutes a binding contract for transportation services for hire.

No alterations or amendments to this agreement shall be considered valid unless provided in writing or email and acknowledged by both parties. Additionally you acknowledge access has been provided to these terms and conditions for review. 

No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside our vehicles. Please advise all guests of this policy.
